The General Terms and Conditions of the louandco.eu online shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for online commerce.

Users of louandco.eu are kindly requested to read the Terms and Conditions carefully, as they are binding upon you from the moment you enter our online shop. With every purchase made through our online shop, you agree that you are aware of the entire content of the General Terms and Conditions and that you have agreed to the General Terms and Conditions.
The Provider reserves the right to make any changes to the General Terms and Conditions without special notice. Changes are effective from the moment of publication.
For various technical reasons, it is sometimes not possible to conduct business through the online shop or access to the shop is interrupted or disrupted. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to restrict or suspend the sale of some or even all products for a limited or indefinite period of time or to restrict or suspend access to the online shop pages for a limited or indefinite period of time. The Provider shall not be held liable for the non-operation of the shop due to any consequences of misuse of the online shop, non-operation of the service due to network failure, power failure or other technical malfunctions that may temporarily or in emergency situations even for a prolonged period of time interfere with the use.
Availability of information
In accordance with Article 43b of the PPSO-UPB2, the supplier undertakes to provide the following information to the buyer prior to purchase:
The name and registered office of the undertaking contact details to enable rapid communication and the rectification of any problems (e-mail, telephone)
the essential characteristics of the goods or services the prices of the goods and services the period of validity of the offer
delivery conditions or delivery charges, if any the method of payment and delivery, including the delivery period the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 43c of the GPSD-UPB2, including a description of the procedure to be followed in the event of a complaint.
You can view the products in our offer by browsing the online product catalogue. You can choose from different product categories, which are defined in the menu. On the left hand side within each category there are different filters to help you browse. The keyword search engine, located at the top of the website, also makes it easy to search for products.
Once you have found the product you wish to order, click on the “Add to basket” icon. You can see how many items you have in your basket in the top right of the basket. If you click on the CART button with your mouse, you will see a list of the items you have in your basket and two options to continue “VIEW CART” or CHECK OUT.
The basket will display the item name, quantity, discount to the normal price. When the customer completes the order, he/she receives an e-mail message that the order has been accepted. The supplier reviews the order, checks the availability of the items and either confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. At this stage, accepted orders are treated as irrevocable. In the event that you wish to withdraw from an order, please notify us within (1) hour of receipt of the order by email. Once the order has been placed, the Seller shall prepare the goods and dispatch them or prepare them for personal collection as soon as possible.
Steps in the buying process:
– CART: here you can change the quantities of the selected products as you wish. To adjust the quantities of a specific product, you can use minus (-) to decrease the quantity of a specific product or plus (+) to increase the quantity. On the right side you will see the final amount and the shipping costs. If you have a voucher code, you can enter it in the “Voucher code” field in this step and click on the REDEEM VOUCHER button. Once you have checked that everything is OK with the amounts, click on the NEXT TO SHIP button. You will be taken to the next page of YOUR ORDER.
– YOUR ORDER: Here you enter your payment and delivery details. On the right hand side you will see the final amount of your purchase plus postage. Below the final amount you will see your payment options. Here you can indicate how you would like to pay for your order (credit card payment). Before you complete your order, you must tick the box to indicate that you are happy with the terms and conditions and click the PAY button.
– ORDER CONFIRMATION: If your order has been successfully placed, you will see your order number on the screen and a confirmation message that confirmation has also been sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you entered in the previous step.
The contract for the purchase of the ordered items is concluded between the buyer and the supplier when the buyer receives confirmation by e-mail that the order has been received and will be shipped.
The concluded contract (order) between the consumer and the seller is stored electronically on the provider’s server and is accessible to you at any time by sending us an email to our email address.

Orders received via the louandco.eu website may be cancelled by the consumer at no additional cost until the consumer receives an e-mail stating that the order has already been dispatched from the louandco.eu website. Notification of cancellation of the order may only be made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide the following information in the email:
– In the subject line of the message.
– In the content of the message: a) name and surname of the consumer b) address of the consumer c) order number.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price for the selected goods is valid on the day of purchase, i.e. on the day of completion and submission of the order via the louandco.eu website. Prices are valid in the case of payment by the indicated payment methods under the indicated conditions. Prices, with the exception of promotional prices, have no predefined validity.
The louandco.eu online shop reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Promotions / discounts
Users of the online shop can buy products at promotional and discounted prices. Various promotions, sales and other marketing techniques will be marked as such.
Promotional codes offer various purchase benefits and are time-limited. Active Promo Codes are available from time to time as part of our promotional communications, on product category pages, in our promotional emails or in other media.
The supplier will deliver the ordered products to the user (customer) within the agreed time limit. The contractual partner of the Merchant for the delivery of items is the Post of Slovenia. The Merchant reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will enable the Merchant to fulfil the order more efficiently.Each product from the online shop is available within a reasonable time.
Withdrawal from contract/purchase or return of goods
Natural persons who conclude a distance contract/purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act have the right to withdraw from the contract/purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the latest by sending an email to email@example.com, without having to give a reason for their decision.
The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and unchanged in quantity within 14 days of withdrawal.
The period starts one day after the date of collection.
The cost of shipping the returned goods is borne by the buyer.
When returning products to the seller, you must send a withdrawal form.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the supplier shall refund the purchase price to the buyer within 14 days of receipt of the buyer’s withdrawal declaration. The Provider has the right to withhold the refund until the return goods have been collected or until proof has been provided that the Buyer has sent the goods to the Provider.
In the case of an order made by a legal or natural person engaged in a gainful activity, irrespective of its legal form or ownership, and in cases where the purchase is not made on the basis of a distance contract, the provisions of the preceding paragraphs shall not apply. We will deal with any claims for the return of goods in these and similar cases on an individual basis, taking the utmost account of all the reasons and circumstances.

All products are inspected before delivery and dispatched undamaged. We will carefully pack your products in a box or other suitable packaging to ensure that they reach you undamaged and in their original packaging.
If you find any problems with the package you have received or the products it contains (wrong quantity, wrong goods), please inform us as soon as possible of the reason for your complaint by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the complaint form and we will respond promptly.

You have the right to return the purchased items within 14 days from the date of purchase, in which case you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.
The item you wish to return or exchange must be undamaged. It must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging with all the accompanying accessories. Otherwise, the claim will be rejected or partially resolved.
User reviews and product ratings
Reviews, comments and ratings of products provided by users or visitors are part of the functionality of the online shop and are intended for the user community.
The Provider is not responsible for the content of the opinions, comments and product reviews provided by users or visitors. The Provider shall review opinions, comments and reviews before publication and shall reject those that are manifestly untrue, misleading, offensive, obscene or, in the opinion of the Provider, do not provide any benefit to other users or visitors to the online shop. The Provider is not responsible for the information contained in reviews, comments and ratings and disclaims any liability arising from such information.
The Supplier shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published in its online shop is up-to-date and correct, but the characteristics of the products, the delivery date or the price may change so rapidly that the Supplier is unable to correct the information published in its online shop in time. In such a case, the provider will inform the user (buyer) of the changes and give him the opportunity to withdraw from the order or to modify the order (see previous paragraphs).
Although the Provider endeavours to provide accurate photographs of the products for sale in the online shop, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.
The online shop and all information on it, images of items, graphics and video elements on the website are protected and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to disable the website or to prevent access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also implies disabling or impeding the use of the online shop. In the event of technical problems with the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed and affected by the technical fault. In the event of cancellation of orders, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps.
From the moment the parcel containing the ordered products is delivered to the post office, the Provider shall not be held liable in the event of physical damage, destruction or loss of the parcel, or if the contents of the parcel are missing or if the parcel shows signs of having been opened. In these cases, the user (buyer) must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service. In the event of damage to the parcel, this is done by bringing the parcel to the nearest post office in the same condition as received, without adding or removing anything, and by completing the form provided.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with the legal norms, Lou&co. dog design, Marija Baraga s.p. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution.
Lou&co. dog design, Marija Baraga s.p., which as a provider of goods and services facilitates online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRP). The above-mentioned regulation is based on the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
Any disputes between the parties, which are in any way related to the online shop, shall be resolved by mutual agreement, otherwise the dispute between the parties shall be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.
